At Cate & Chloe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Cate & Chloe packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
